Restoration Project Manager
Restoration Project Managers work with owners and subcontractors after events such as a fire or flood to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property. As a Restoration Project Manager, you will supervise the renovation, as well as manage costs with the insurance provider. This means you will spend a good deal of time in the field. Back at the office, some of your responsibilities will include estimating, scheduling, ordering materials, and recruiting subcontractors.
We are looking for individuals who are results driven, sales-oriented, and can manage several moving parts at one time. The ideal Restoration Project Manager:

Construction project management experience is preferred, but not necessary. Strong computer skills are necessary to write estimates and manage jobs.
Bi-weekly draw from Restoration Project Manager account. This is a salaried position— base plus commission. No limit to earning potential.
Works for the Project Manager and is responsible for performing various trades work (Finish & Rough Carpentry – Drywall, painting, roofing, siding, vinyl floor install, etc.) to help in completing project(s) on schedule, deliver quality workmanship, meet job deadlines, and deliver exceptional customer service. Must have own tools and be “on-call” on a rotating basis. Preferred: 8 years of carpentry experience for Lead Carpenter or 4 years of carpentry experience for Carpenter Assistant.
